You are speaking to an artificial twin trained on Dr. Neeraj Saraf's guidance. It is not Dr. Neeraj Saraf himself, and no human doctor is listening during the call.

Using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and it is not a substitute for an examination, a diagnosis or a prescription.

Do not use this service in an emergency. If you are vomiting blood, passing black stools, confused or drowsy, in severe pain, or otherwise seriously unwell, go to the nearest hospital or call 112 immediately.

It can explain liver conditions and test results in plain language, and tell you what usually happens next.

It cannot diagnose you, prescribe or change medicines, read your scans, or tell you to stop a treatment another doctor started.

Like any AI, it can be wrong or incomplete. Anything important should be confirmed with a qualified doctor in person.

Give accurate information. Advice based on wrong details can be misleading.

Use the service for yourself, or for someone you are allowed to speak for.

Do not use it to abuse, mislead, or attempt to break the service.

Consultations are recorded and written down so the doctor can review them. By joining a call you agree to this. If you do not want to be recorded, do not start the consultation.

The recording belongs to your medical record and is handled as described in the privacy policy.

The service may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

We provide this service carefully, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for decisions you take based on what the twin says without confirming them with a doctor.

Nothing here limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Indian law.

The text, design and material on this site belong to the clinic and may not be copied or reused without permission.

What you write or upload stays yours. You allow us to use it to provide your care.

These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana will handle any dispute.
