Privacy policy
Last updated 18 September 2026
This page explains what we collect when you consult Dr. Neeraj Saraf's AI twin, why we keep it, and how you can have it removed.
1Who we are
This service is run by the clinic of Dr. Neeraj Saraf. When this policy says “we”, it means that clinic.
For any question about your information, write to appointments@example.com.
2What we collect
Your name, and the mobile number or email address you log in with.
Your conversation with the AI twin: the words you speak, the twin's replies, and the recording of the call.
Anything you type or upload in the patient-history form, including test reports you choose to share.
Basic technical information such as your browser type and approximate connection details, used to keep the service working and secure.
3Why we keep it
So the doctor and his team can see what you asked and what the twin told you, and prepare for your visit.
So you receive a login code and can return to your consultation.
So we can improve the twin's answers and check it behaved safely.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4Who else sees it
The doctor and authorised clinic staff.
The companies that run the technology for us: our database provider and the voice service that powers the twin's speech and transcription. They process your information on our instructions only.
Anyone we are required to share with by law or by a court.
Nobody else.
5How long we keep it
Consultation records and history forms are kept as long as they are useful for your care, and at least as long as medical record rules require.
Call recordings are kept for a shorter period and are deleted once they are no longer needed for quality checks.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
6Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
You can ask us to delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to appointments@example.com.
If you withdraw consent, we stop using your information for new consultations, though we may keep what the law requires us to keep.
7How we protect it
Your conversation travels over an encrypted connection, and access to records is limited to the doctor and authorised staff.
No system is perfect. If something goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
8Children
This service is for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must use it with you and on your behalf.
9Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be shown to you before your next consultation.
